I wake up every day and feel privileged to be a Designer. My journey has become ever more strategic over time, transitioning from 8 years of product and experience design in the gaming industry (trust me, that’s a lifetime). To now leading and delivering design strategy for multiple global corporations. I’ve been fortunate enough to work across multiple industries, continents, communities, and even with my heroes, expanding the knowledge of my discipline to the point where I want to share my expertise. I’ve run my own successful businesses, led hyper-performing teams, and have lots of stories to tell.

I now mentor Designers from the first ever UX Design Apprenticeship Degree from Manchester Metropolitan University. I work daily with Harry, who has been my Apprentice since 2020; trust me, he’s dynamite. We currently only accept engagements as a pair. 

In my spare time, I run LayerThree, tinkering and pushing the boundaries of Human Centered Design for emerging technologies and markets. 

Chelsea FC is my lifelong passion. If you ever want to come to corporate hospitality and watch the best club in the world play or kick it on “Full Kit Fridays”, give me a shout. It was an honour to work with the club on its digital transformation.

Our office sound system is SERIOUS. I’m a semi-retired headline DJ, and Harry has excellent taste in music. We like the beats loud all day long.

My family are my world (Shoutout Megs, Nola, and Thomas). Every day is something new, and they keep me smiling.
