Initiated a true digital transformation of the Wickes business proposition through enhancing a wider CX strategy. Initially rebuilding a team, then nurturing that talent through a variety of value driven projects, to kick start customer re-evaluation of the brand.


The process to modernise the business through value proposition research and strategy design lead to co-design workshops and customer profiling, which assisted with prototypes framing a solution.
